Key
Responsibilities:
o Directly report to the Owner and oversee daily operations.
o Manage staff and inventory efficiently.
o Maintain compliance with local health codes and regulatory requirements.
o Order supplies and manage inventory levels meticulously.
o Ensure operational equipment is maintained and functional.
o Uphold Gong cha's standards during inspections.
o Facilitate efficient order taking and processing.
o Generate accurate operational reports for the Owner.
o Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
o Engage in community events sponsored by Gong cha.
o Adhere to uniform standards and handle cash responsibly.
o Relay customer feedback to the Owner as needed.
Qualifications:
o Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
o Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
o Minimum six months experience in a leadership role within retail or service industries.
o Prior experience in roles requiring direct customer interaction.
o Consistent and punctual attendance.
o Proficiency in English; multilingual skills (Korean or Chinese) are a plus.
o Ability to commute reliably to Westfield, NJ 07090.
