Real Estate - Paralegal
We are seeking a top notch Real Estate Paralegal for our Westfield, NJ office. Required skills include:
Able to take a file from attorney review to closing/post closing
Expert at reviewing contracts, project managing deals and drafting HUDs
Able to run due-diligence for lender-side representation
Familiarity with loan document production and lender-side closing procedures
Excellent customer service skills, with both clients and Realtors
Excellent follow up, tasking and organizational skills
Able to handle energetic pace with hight volumes
Familiarity with post 8/1/15 changes in lending practices
Spanish and/or Portuguese preferable, but not required
Must be willing to work long hours and weekends when volume requires.
