Coordinator-Customer Data (Full Time)

POSITION SUMMARY: Accountable for meeting Customer Relations Departmental goal of assuring data collection, data input, and information management meet quality standards and required deadlines related to key business goals:
Payor Mix
Censor
DSO
Timely filing of Medicaid Financial Eligibility Applications
Internal Marketing
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure information across all systems and files is accurate, complete and current reflecting:
Facility Profile
All basic customer demographic data
Census and Bed Availability
Charges for all services and goods consumed.
Other information critical to managing customer information as required
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assure that customer financial records are accurate, complete and reflect charges for all services provided and goods consumed.
2. Enter all utilization data and charges for room and board, ancillary services, NeighborCare, respiratory services, ambulance, beauty - barber, laundry
3. Assure data relative to nursing center operations is accurate, complete and current.
4. Enter, maintain and reconcile census data (ADT) on a daily and monthly basis.
5. Update Bed Availability.
6. Create and maintain SNF Facility Profile.
7. Ensure open issues are resolved and closed, e.g. issues management tools with CBO and Managed Care.
8. Process billing adjustments as required.
9. May be asked to support Resident Fund Management.
10. May be asked to support Medicaid Application Process, e.g redeterminations.
11. May be asked to enter assessment data in MDS system.
12. May be asked to enter vendor payables in InVoice.
13. Validate data delivered via electronic transfer or manual input, e.g. Rehabilitation Services.
14. Identify data issues and escalate issues regarding specific customer accounts to assigned Customer Relations Manager for resolution.
15. Ensure center readiness for month-end processing. Support month-end closing activities.
16. Escalate all other issues to Director, Customer Relations.

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:1. High School Diploma and minimum of one year experience in office environment.2. Demonstrate speed and accuracy in keying information from paper to computer screen.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
